1. Centralized Billing Architecture
In the Coderyx ecosystem, billing is consolidated into Coderyx Central (/billing). You do not manage separate credit cards, invoices, or billing dates for individual products. A single account oversees all subscriptions:
- Unified Invoicing: Monthly charges across ProtoStudio, LeadFlow, and Guard aggregate into unified PDF invoices.
- Multi-Product Plan Switcher: Upgrade or downgrade individual products at any time.
- Transparent Currency: Billed primarily in Nigerian Naira (₦) with instant Paystack bank transfer, USSD, and debit/credit card support.
2. Managing Plans & Capabilities
To view or modify your subscriptions:
- Log in to your Coderyx Central Dashboard.
- Click Billing in the left sidebar navigation.
- Review your active subscriptions, current usage tiers, renewal dates, and payment methods.
- Click Change Plan on any product card to switch tiers. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
3. 7-Day Free Trial Handling
Coderyx provides a full-featured 7-Day Free Trial on eligible products:

A banner displays your remaining trial days. On day 7, if no paid tier (Starter ₦5,000, Pro ₦10,000, Agency ₦25,000) is chosen, workspaces pause safely without data deletion.
4. Secure Paystack Payment Processing
Payment processing is powered by Paystack (a Stripe company), a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway:
- Supported Payment Methods: Mastercard, Visa, Verve, Bank Transfer, USSD, and Apple Pay.
- Zero Raw Card Storage: Coderyx never sees or stores your 16-digit card number or CVV. Paystack tokenizes payment methods and dispatches cryptographically verified webhooks to Central.
5. Invoices & PDF Receipts
Every transaction generates a tax-compliant electronic invoice:
- Invoices include unique sequential invoice numbers (e.g.,
INV-2026-0042), line-item breakdowns, tax details, and status badges (Paid, Pending, Refunded). - Download high-resolution PDF receipts directly from
/billingfor company accounting records. - Automated email receipts are sent to your verified email address featuring the official Coderyx email layout and legal footer.
6. Cancellation Protected by Step-Up Security
To protect enterprise organizations from unauthorized or malicious subscription tampering:

- Automatic recurring billing stops immediately.
