Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose & Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all users, tenants, and API consumers of Coderyx Central, Coderyx Guard, Coderyx LeadFlow, Coderyx TrustCheck, and Coderyx ProtoStudio. Compliance with this policy is mandatory.
2. General Prohibited Activities
Users shall not, under any circumstances:
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with Coderyx authentication gates, mandatory email verification checks, or step-up password confirmation dialogs.
- Use the platform to develop, distribute, or facilitate ransomware, spyware, command-and-control (C2) botnets, or unauthorized malicious software.
- Engage in denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, automated scraping, or rate limit circumvention against Coderyx infrastructure or other subscribers.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with Coderyx Global Technologies Ltd.
- Transmit unsolicited commercial emails (SPAM) or spoofed email headers through LeadFlow communication channels.
3. Offensive Security & Footprint Scanning Ethics
Coderyx Guard and Coderyx TrustCheck provide potent threat intelligence and digital footprint scanning capabilities. To prevent abuse:
- Proof of Ownership: You may only initiate port scans, vulnerability probes, or footprint audits against domain names, subdomains, IP ranges, and cloud infrastructure owned, operated, or legally chartered by your organization.
- Prohibition on Third-Party Probing: Scanning governmental agencies, healthcare facilities, financial utilities, or arbitrary third-party servers without verifiable written authorization is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent ban and criminal referral.
- Auto-Isolation Restraint: Do not configure automated host firewall quarantine rules intended to deliberately disrupt critical third-party production systems.
4. Rules for Team Chat Spaces & Collaboration
Coderyx LeadFlow provides omnichannel messaging and ClickUp-style Team Chat Spaces. Users agree to:
- Maintain professional, respectful discourse free from harassment, hate speech, defamation, or discriminatory abuse.
- Never upload attachments containing viruses, trojans, rootkits, or zero-day exploits into channel message threads.
- Respect confidential data boundaries and avoid exposing unencrypted customer PII or payment card records in public company channels.
5. ProtoStudio Prototyping Guidelines
When creating wireframes, simulations, and exporting code packages in Coderyx ProtoStudio:
- Do not replicate login portals or brand assets of external organizations with the intent to conduct credential harvesting or phishing attacks.
- Ensure you hold the necessary intellectual property licenses for any typography, icons, or vector media imported into the prototyping canvas.
6. Violations, Suspension & Termination
Coderyx maintains automated telemetry heuristics and human SOC oversight. If a violation of this AUP is detected:
- Immediate Mitigation: We reserve the right to immediately isolate the offending user account, revoke active SSO session tokens, and block malicious IP ranges.
- Investigation & Audit: Our security response team will review system logs and notify the registered account administrator.
- Zero Tolerance for Abuse: Accounts found engaging in willful cyberattacks or unauthorized scanning will be terminated permanently without refund, and incident logs will be surrendered to competent law enforcement agencies.
7. Reporting Violations & Responsible Disclosure
If you identify a user abusing our platform, or if you discover a security vulnerability in Coderyx software, please report it immediately to our Security Operations Center:
